WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH LEAN365 ESSENTIALS?

LEAN365 Essentials is designed to equip you with everything you need to take your team on a transformational LEAN journey. The program includes both digital and physical assets to engage Team Members. Each Team Member will have access to an online learning portal, and each restaurant will receive all of the physical assets needed to launch their LEAN365 Essentials journey. 

  • Video Tutorials introducing a LEAN concepts and tools, as well as restaurant examples demonstrating how a concept and tool is applied in the Restaurant
